"Horrible customer service. Spoke with an employee on 10/8 at around 5:10pm about a defective battery that was sold to me. Instead of offering to replace it or give store credit the employee told me to just purchase a new one and life happens. Not sure how many places he has worked but that’s definitely not customer service. I Have been going there for years and they have just lost a loyal customer over something as simple as replacing a defective item that came from there store. I believe if the owner was present the conversation would have been different but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. 0/10 for this place as of today. Sorry"
