"They are always understaffed and not prepared, they don’t take my sons AHCCS (it’sAHCCS… what?) and couldn’t fill my birth control script bc insurance wouldn’t cover it…. While they can’t control What insurance covers they also wouldn’t apply the coupon provided directly from the manufacturer. They said they would call me back about the coupon in a few days and never did. Don’t waist 20+ minutes in this line just to be told no, go somewhere else. Walmart pharmacy is also open on weekends and they actually take health insurance."

"Whoever the woman was that answered the phone today 7/10 clearly needs more training and to learn manners. I called to ask if the pharmacy would be participating in the new bill passed that allows birth control to be sold over the counter. She proceeds to cut me off before I finish my sentence and say in a very annoyed tone, “that’s not happening in Arizona”, I told her she’s incorrect, Katie Hobbs passed the bill last week, and she again cuts me off before I’m done speaking and says in a snarky tone “okay well not at Walgreens” so I just hung up. Maybe your pharmacists need an attitude check and to know about laws pertaining to their jobs before they get snippy with a customer asking a simple question."

"Medications are never ready when they are supposed to be. Seems like a trend. As I wait on a script that was supposed to be ready yesterday I hear most behind me informed, “It will be about an hour.” Everyone gets to stand in the 30 minute line twice on every visit. The only question is when to rejoin the queue so you aren’t given the sad news twice.."

"Pharmacy is completely understaffed. Lines are unorganized. Staff seem to disappear just as the wait begins to improve. Why offer appointments when it seems they are more a suggestion than a fact? The line went all the way to the window. Got my flu shot an hour AFTER my appointment. I arrived 20 min early. Nice afternoon filling one of the chairs there (not)."

"Honestly worst pharmacy in Sierra Vista, thought Walmart was bad but this place is so much worse. Went up for prescription for my daughter, it was put in the night before so they had plenty of time. It was literally one bottle. They tell me 20 minutes, so I’m like okay fine. I go back to the counter, the lady tells me another 20 minutes. So at this point I’m really annoyed, I go wait again… Took an hour & a half to get one tiny bottle of allergy medication"
