"I have never met Jason in person, I was referred by an acquaintance. I messaged him what I was looking for and he said he could do it. Needed the money up front. I figured he’s a good guy, okay. Sent it. Two weeks later I have asked several questions about the tattoo, had he drawn it, could I see it, what’s the size. It’s 2-3 inches, no he hadn’t drawn it. Any add one was more money. I didn’t like how it was sounding so I canceled. He said no refunds in the tattoo industry. I said you never stated that in any of our conversations. He said it’s known. Needless to say he ripped me off and I got nothing for it. He never even asked why I was canceling or if we could work it out. He was just going to take my money. I have several tattoos and had planned on several more, I have never been treated this way before. And yes had I done any research on Jason (the owner) instead of taking word of mouth, I would have seen that all of the bad reviews were based on him. That he’s rude and disrespectful. Guess that’s on me."
