"This pharmacy is the worst. All of the staff have no sense of urgency or care about their work. I was going in after waiting six hours for my prescription to be ready for them just to tell me “do you need it now?” I was only going to Walgreens due to CVS being out of my prescription, but never again. They’ve screwed me in the past and in the present."

"Was placed on hold and hung up on twice by someone who could barely speak English they could not get my prescription dosage, correct to bill to insurance was probably the worst understanding of basic pharmacy knowledge I’ve ever seen having worked as a pharmacist tech when I was young. to say, everybody in the pharmacy should be fired, would be an understatement, and if I could leave a zero star review, I would"

"Wish I could give them a 0 star.. I live 35min away, called to check on prescription availability, I was told they had enough in stock. When I arrived they took my prescription and was told it would be ready within 30min...they called 30min later just to tell me it won't be ready until Monday (2 days later). Not only did they waste my time but they also didn't want to give me my prescription back!"

"I have not had one positive interaction with this pharmacy. They are often "out of stock" or lie about being out of stock. I was told my insurance did not approve my full prescribed medication so they only dispensed a quarter of the script. I called my insurance, they said the prescription would have been approved but the pharmacy did not have the medication size I needed so they supplemented it with a double of the smaller size, which wasn't my full prescription. Obviously they don't care about a patients treatment plan or their customers. I will be taking my business to Amazon pharmacy."

"There must be a better way. Long lines when people are in physical distress. Is something that has to be change. My wife had sustained multiple complex fractures. On both occasions getting prescriptions filled, after having waited in line. I was asked come inside to wait in another line. I had to leave my wife in the car in a lot of pain. I live outside of town 40 minutes so I try complete all my errands with doctor appointments. I really hope Amazon can tackle this retailer too!"
