Golden Coin Chinese Buffet

"Im a long time lunch customer. I'm dissapointed that I still can't serve myself from the buffet. I understand it during covid, but not now.. They rush you through the line and quickly throw your choices onto a paper plate in a sloppy manner. I don't get enough of what I want and too much of what I don't.. I'm not sure that I'll be back."

"This place is cute. It's a buffet, but a simple meal plan. We decided to try it out, the broccoli was very appealing, and I thought it was just right. Very affordable, in the respect that it's not expensive for what you get. I really enjoyed the chicken, my date thought it was a bit dry. So- perspective is everything I guess! Anyways- put it on your bucket list. I thought the place would have been very popular back in the days, authentically retro."

"Food was over cooked, I asked for fresh servings , I was ignored. Oncec they piled what remained they pulled out the freshly cooked. Not really a buffet , the harsh woman piled the only selections they prepared onto a 9" paper plate , one heap of mess and grease . The prices are the give away , reason for over priced slop is that they know their food is unedible, they over ice so that you get half a drink then charge $2 for a refill. Avoid this place like the plague. Crossing my fingers that tomorrow I don't pay the price ( over priced) for the exit of the consumed food ."

"Used to come here as a child & made a visit today after 15 years. The food & service were exactly how I remember it. Great food, the staff are nice & appreciative. The only thing that changed was that they went to disposable flatware & silverware. For any native Phoenicians: this is tasty Americanese food."

"It’s a small family owned business with about ten tables for seating. Decent food for the cheap price. Although there are limited selections, it is still all-you-can-eat, which is a killer deal. Cash only though, so be prepared that they don’t accept card payments."
