"The blonde hair pharmacist or pharmacist assistant has no bedside manners or needs to learn how to deal with patients. People visit a pharmacy because they're in pain or discomfort. They don't go there to appease a pharmacist or get a lecture from them regarding the tone of a patients voice. Go to smith's pharmacy or Walmart. Avoid this ghetto establishment."
"Doctor sent my wife's prescription on a Monday and I had to stand in line on FRIDAY and complain to finally get it filled. Male pharmacist name was something like Masued. wife called several times with no call back"
"So, while helping my 76 year old friend negotiate the covid vaccine minefield, We FINALLY got a firm appointment for the first shot. My friend had to wait WEEKS for his turn, but ok, at least he is finally in line for it. Well, THE DAY BEFORE the shot was to happen, they call and say , Sorry, no shot for you. No idea when we will have one for you. No NOTHING! "Don't call us, we'll call you. I would love to help my friend negotiate this mess all over again, but the abuse of trust shown is disheartening and potentially deadly."
