"I started this service 2 months ago. Today was our first salt add. I had an initial issue with when delivery would be. After the delivery, we had a nice chat with delivery man Ethan. He was professional. Answered all of our questions. Office person Shawny was professional in making arrangement for future deliveries."

"Gave 2 week notice selling home to take system out if new owner did not call them to transfer service in their name. No one at Culligan followed through. Moved out and told Culligan we were not going to pay them for their services after closing date. Has been a total nightmare. No one at Culligan has any idea what they are doing. Maintenance service has gone down and obliviously customer service has gone down."
