"I was there a few days ago. I bought an air pump, and was in the parking lot pumping up my flat tire, when one of the techs ran out to help. He brought a big pump, pumped all 8 tires for 4 bikes of our family and shook my hand. What phenomenal service and people. I was really touched. He even told me how awesome the owner is, and loves working here. Strongly recommend you use them if you want great service from people who care about customers."

"We stopped in on Christmas Eve day, with a last minute emergency. My left pedal backed out and ended up stripping the last 5-6 threads from the crank arm, making it "impossible" to reassemble. The "guy" who could re-thread the crank arm was on vacation, and they did not have a matching crank arm to replace it. As I was packing up to leave, the manager heard about the issue and he came out to help. He offered to try a "trick", that "may or may not work." The manager took over, worked some mechanic magic and.... 20 minutes later, voila! The pedal was back on the bike. They REFUSED to charge me anything for the service, even though two employees and the manager spent the better part of an hour trying to resolve my problem. (I ended up buying a shirt, just to spend something) The customer service was second to none. I was just a random tourist (aka: not a repeat customer) with a problem that was unlikely to be fixed, but three employees dropped everything to give it a shot... and then would not take money for the service. They earned my future business and this positive review. Well done, and thank you again for saving my vacation!"

"Wow. What an amazing experience. This company and the amazing employees in it are a breath of fresh air. Great Customer service now days is a difficult thing to come across. I came in looking for my first e-bike. Jonah took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, after my purchase, the mechanic came out and took my new bike for a check through to make sure everything was top notch before I left with it. Thank you guys! It was such a great experience, I called my friend who had been searching for the right bike as well, and she came over. She got the same great service as I did, and bought herself a bike as well. We went for a ride together later that day, and well, all I can say is thank you for changing the lives of two 65 year old women. We couldn't be more grateful."
