Reviews
"As much as I have tried to work with CVS Pharmacy, in Nevada, as well as Florida, they just don't have the professional attitude I require for my pharmaceutical needs. They have filled RXs that I have not asked for several times, then hound me by text messages and phone calls. I asked them to cancel all of my future orders, and they made me feel the mistakes they made were MY mistakes. This is the last pharmacy I would use, but my insurance dictates my choices."
"Keep up the good work."
"The only reason I give this CVS one star is because A. I can't give 0 and B. I have had maybe two fine experiences there. The rest have been complete and utter TRASH. My son takes incredibly important medication that has to be refilled every 30 days. EVERY single time, there is an issue. A few weeks ago I walked in to pick up his medication and three technicians and one incredibly rude pharmacist all stood around looking at a piece of paper like it was written in Russian. After a few minutes they said, " Oh, um, we don't have it, it looks like it's stuck somewhere between the doctor and the insurance. It needs authorization, call your doctor and try back in two days." I called the pediatrician the next day and they said it does not need an authorization and that their request went through already. So I go BACK to the pharmacy and a very nice young woman said it was in fact ready to be picked up and that IT HAD BEEN READY FOR TWO DAYS. I told her I was here two days ago and she said, "It was ready when you were here before." Then just last week I ordered his medication for this month. They said they had to order it again, no big deal. The automated system said it would be ready by Tuesday the 5th at 8pm, so I call around noon to double check and a technician very happily said, " We had to order it, but it got in today and we have it." They said to come in any time after 4. GREAT. I drive 20 minutes to get there all for some very deer in the headlights looking technician to tell me that it is not there, they do not have it, and that it won't come in until the 6th. WHAT? I called in ONLY to check when it would be ready. If they had said over the phone that it wouldn't be ready until the 6th then that's fine. But this absolute blatant disregard for accurate information or people's time is NUTS."
