Family Dollar

"(IMPORTANT PLEASE READ)I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this exact Family Dollar store recently. Not only was the service extremely poor, but the employees went to the extent of wrongfully accusing my three young daughters, aged 12, 11, and 10, of shoplifting makeup. It was truly disheartening to witness the staff members following my children around the store, pretending to be customers while actually monitoring their every move. This behavior not only invaded our privacy but also made my daughters feel incredibly uncomfortable and targeted. To make matters worse, the store employees went as far as to confront my daughters directly, accusing them of stealing makeup without any solid evidence. And when I told them not only were they there for looking at some makeup they were getting snack’s for a movie were were about to see and they had told me that they were never in the snack aisle, but I couldn’t help but notice that my children were followed down the snack aisle and the worker following them most likely heard my 12 year old daughter say and I quote “lest get chips now” to my other daughters WHILE the worker was behind my children. Unfortunately they were never able to gather snacks,It was painfully clear that they had wrongly assumed my girls' innocence and failed to provide any proof before making such serious accusations. Not only did this unjust accusation ruin our shopping experience, but it also left a lasting negative impact on my daughters' perception of the store and its employees, since my daughters loved coming to that family dollar so much in the past without being accused of anything. It is deeply concerning when a store that claims to be family-friendly treats innocent children with such disrespect and suspicion, One star."

Also, it's an easy thing to find exactly what you need whenever you so here, because they keep the store stocked with useful, and fun, items for all around house. All in all it's always a truly rewarding experience to ship at this particular Family Dog Dollar!"

"I want to say thank you so much to Sarah for being a really amazing and honest person. When I made my purchase earlier today, I didnt notice that I dropped a fair amount of cash. When I got home and finally noticed, I figured it was already gone but decided to call anyways. Not only did Sarah hold onto my cash for me, but she was honest and told me I actually dropped more than what I thought I did. I was in tears over her honesty.
