"Bad place! Just keeps going down hill, In on the 30th of November. In the day before and doctor sent updated prescriptions almost a week before and resent again. Great trouble finding them and very little desire to look. Always my fault or the doctors office. But with enough urging they found it right there in there computer. Both my wife and I took a great bunch of nasty attitude, great deal of lack of respect and bad service. This from four different people over four days. Two clerks and two pharmacists. Don't believe the health risk of going without the drugs is greater than what it takes to get them. Been going to Kroger stores for a long time for our drugs. But no more, we're done. Going somewhere else next time."
"Well my surgery center screwed up and sent my script to this pharmacy and since it was a narcotic the pharaoh could not send it to the correct location. Any how this pharmacy is a complete nightmare. I called them at 3:30 and explained I had surgery today and I would need to pick up my script before they closed. The gentleman told me it would be ready and not to worry. I told him I lived in north gilbert and would be there after 5 he said no problem it would be ready. Well my boyfriend arrived at 6 to pick up for me and was told it wasn’t ready. There would be an hour wait. He went back at 7:30 and it was still not ready. He had to sit there and wait on them. Mean awhile I’m just at home in pain. Good grief get it together people . I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs plus it’s in the ghetto!!"
"This location used to be my go to... I understand that things have been not so ideal since the pandemic but this pharmacy can't seem to pull it together. I've moved to the one on gilbert and baseline. Way faster there and they seem to have your order done way quicker. Unfortunately recently I got sick and my wife asked me to fill the prescriptions at this location because it's closer to our house. They've had a script for an inhaler that was supposed to be filled 2 days ago and they said they are working on it and it can PROBABLY be done by this afternoon. Unacceptable... if you guys can't staff just close down this location and send help to neighboring frys"
"Staff is very friendly and helpful IF you can get to speak with them. Just got done waiting for over an hour on the phone and nobody picked up, not even to say "please hold" or anything. Just ringing for over an hour. And the lines in this place sometimes reach 10-15 people long. It's sad because I really don't think it's the pharmacists' fault, they're just extremely understaffed. But at the same time, it's not too hard to pick up a phone and say "please hold". Great service when you're talking to one but getting to that point is like pulling teeth, even when they're on relatively off hours. As an update, I just went in to check on my prescription after being on hold for another hour. I immediately saw a sign that said "due to extreme and extended worker shortages, all prescriptions will take a minimum of FIVE DAYS", even though I was told over the phone two days prior that my prescription would be ready today. I walked up to the counter with my phone still dialing their phone line and asked if they are having issues with their phone line. The woman immediately asked "what that ringing noise was" so I explained it was my phone dialing their phone line as I had been for over 2 hours today. She confirmed that the number I was calling was correct but then pretended like it was the card reader somehow making that noise for the next 30 seconds to avoid having to admit any fault. She then had to have someone else show her how to use a keyboard. I didn't even ask about my prescription, just had her cancel it (and who knows if that even worked). I've seen better work ethic from travelling carnivals. I highly suggest anyone thinking about going here to go to the Walgreen's across the street if their insurance allows; I went there for years and received infinitely better service than here. I'm within walking distance of this location but I will gladly now be driving several miles to a Costco pharmacy to avoid dealing with this again. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Here's a photo of their line backed up into the aisles (about 10-15 people long). It's not an uncommon sight when I do my shopping there."
"I never leave reviews. I run a business, so I am about as patient and understanding as you can get when it comes to issues at a business. I am patient and forgiving. However, after my experiences at this place, I feel obligated to leave a review. Over the last 6-9 months, this has turned into the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. For over three months, they literally will not answer their phones. I am not exaggerating, they NEVER answer the phones. As a result, I can't call to make sure my prescription is ready. So I have to go down to wait in line for 20 minutes because they refuse to have more than one person working the counter, just to ask them if my prescriptions are ready. Then they tell me "they are too busy", and I will have to come back 6-8 hours later or more so that they can prepare the prescriptions. So I have to leave work a minimum of 2 times, usually more, just to get my medicines. If they would just answer a 20 second phone call, then I could schedule a time to come down there when I know my prescription is ready. But that just makes too much sense, apparently. I have stayed with them this long because of the convenience of their location, but I have finally had enough. I am switching all my medications elsewhere. A longer drive will be better than the ridiculousness of trying to deal with this joke of a pharmacy. Each time I ask them why they don't answer their phones, the response is always a very careless and rude, "Well there is only 2 of us", or "We are just really busy today". Those responses are always condescending, and given with attitude and disdain. SO HIRE MORE PEOPLE? As a manager myself, I can't understand the thought process of whoever is running this place. It's just unacceptable. There are no excuses for how poorly I have seen this pharmacy ran over the last year. Please save yourself the stress and do not go to this pharmacy. To add to all of this, I asked my doctor this morning to switch the prescriptions to another pharmacy. MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE CAN'T EVEN REACH THEM TO CANCEL MY PRESCRIPTIONS SO THAT THEY CAN SEND THEM TO ANOTHER PHARMACY. UNBELIEVABLE."
