"Never write reviews, but spent 30 minutes in this place hoping to schedule a full bag fitting and couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Chuck was helping someone he seemed to know very well the entire time with a putter that was apparently was off 1 degree (wasn't going to help him anyway based on what I saw) and never once asked if I needed help and I was next to them the entire time. Other guy on the floor was doing a lesson so completely understandable. Unfortunate because he seemed very knowledgeable, but poor customer service. I'll find somewhere else to go."

"It's a nice place and the people are friendly, but we're not a big fan of the fitter Chuck. He seemed more interested in talking about his Porches and free clubs than listening to what my father and I wanted. Most importantly he put the wrong flex shaft on my father's driver, and the lie on my irons was off by two degrees according to the PING fitter. You can find a better fitting experience elsewhere."

"My husband Jeff went to get fitted for clubs and the experience was phenomenal. John helped us pick out the perfect clubs for Jeff's swing and his game. He listened to what Jeff needed, he paid attention to every detail of his swing, and most importantly was not pushy whatsoever. "If you want a good fitting with good service, go elsewhere. I saw so many good reviews, don’t know happened. Chuck the fitter talks far more than he listens. Ordered a Titleist driver Told him I wanted a stock grip, he put on and charged for mcc grip. Talked about an 8* and 9* head, I said 8 he wrote down and ordered a 9*. Picked it up today they put a -4g weight in the head instead of standard. Said well that’s what was in the 8* head that we had. What a joke. If you want a true customer fitting experience, go to cool clubs or true spec."
