"We went here last week in order to exchange the color of the bag my husband gave me for my upcoming bday, all the staff here was very nice and friendly, sometimes u just have to be easily approachable, so the people will do in return. Yes, we waited a bit bcs our excellent SA Daniel looked for stock which is normal, I see also how they manage people, as they want to be in order inside and I find it normal since we are still in covid time.. All in all, an excellent visit. Same with the staff working here, they're all friendly too.. highly recommend this YSL store!"
