"I bought a new ebike rack from a store in Michigan which snapped in half on the trip down to Arizona. I had to buy a new part as the rack manufacturer refused to honor the warranty and then that part did not fit. Jride brought a happy ending to this story by fixing the rack for nothing despite my best efforts to pay him something. He did for nothing what I could not do at all by myself. Thank You Jay."
