"Have been getting a haircut here for several months, and it's always exactly what I want."

"I knew $16 was too good to be true. This is why I rather pay $23 for a good haircut. I tried this place out because of the $16 haircut and instantly regretted it. An Asian lady (I didn't get her name) cut my hair. I told her I wanted a number 2 on the sides but she did an ugly fade with a 1. I never asked for a fade. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted from a past haircut of myself. Instead she left my head looking a circular shape & looking flat with no volume. She left my sideburns uneven too. Also, she has no social skills I think because she doesn't understand English that well. When moving my head she was so aggressive too I never experienced someone moving my head aggressively. Great clips & Supercuts would have done a better job. The main lady (I think store owner) seemed like she knew what she was doing I wish I had gotten my haircut by the main lady. She was sociable & had many loyal customers. Sadly I won't be returning here I'd rather pay $23 at my usual barber. I got a haircut for my birthday coming up & now I'm going to look ugly"

"I did a walk-in here for a haircut. I asked for a 3 on the sides and to trim my faded colored hair off. I was given a ‘fade’ without even asking for one. I never get a fade. Ever. Not only that but the fade is uneven. I still had some of my color that I wanted chopped off. It took a while to finish the cut. Could’ve gone to Sports Clip, Great Clips, or Supercuts for the cut I was looking for. ***FYI- The shop is pretty warm and toasty. Not the best for this summer heat*** I posted photos of the fade. You can see one side is obviously higher. Didn’t even ask for this to be done."

"Been a few months since ive been here, but awesome haircut this morning. Alma was my barber, she's been here two months. Great conversationalist, asked how i was doing and what style haircut. I've been coming here since January. Definitely will be coming every two weeks, just to trim up. Worth the trip and for the money. UPDATE Marco Polo fans: They're open on Tuesday's! Open at 10am, literally no one waiting, go get your hair trimmed, or your hairdo done!"
