"Made an appointment, sat down for 35 minutes after scheduled. And didn’t even get acknowledged when I walked in. Being the first time there, not familiar with the barbers face.. the least they could do is ask if I have an appointment. Overall.. made me wait 30 mins with appointment, acted like I didn’t exist, and the cut was 3/5."

"I had a 3:35 appointment w/ David. Walked in at 3:37 (sorry bad traffic) and he was cutting another gentleman's hair. I waited until 4:05 in hopes he might finish up, but I left to get to a meeting. He did not even acknowledge my presence or anything, in 30 min of sitting there I was completely blown off. I understand if things get backed up or if a client is very late, but in the past 2 years of coming to this barbershop I've almost never been taken on time. Being completely ignored today I will be diverting my business elsewhere closer to me, apparently its not appreciated here."
