My hair is patchy with two places in particular so bad I had to go get another haircut a few days later by a professional to fix the haircut. Ross took 25 minutes just to get started with the haircut due to continuing with his monologue about nothing. He means well but this man should not be cutting hair. Been getting my haircut professionally my whole life by all kind of people in all kinds of places and this takes the cake as the worst haircut I’ve ever had."
