"First haircut by the younger gentleman was a 5/5. Extremely impressed by his work so I came back today. An older gentleman cut my hair and almost shaved it all off. Though I tried to correct him from the beginning, he kept cutting my hair beyond repair. He also cut my head in 5 different locations. He missed hair around my ears so I came back in, but he cut my ears some more so I asked him to please stop. I would like to come back for a cut from the younger guy, but am disappointed I had to pay for today’s hack job."
