"First and foremost, I wanted to not believe the consistent message across low rated reviews but unfortunately I was proven wrong. I’ve rarely ever left a review for businesses simply because you should always experience things for yourself. However, this was completely unprofessional, period. I understand you can be a small business owner, father, busy, etc. But when you confirm appointments and claim to be open at a certain time it should be your duty as a businessman to conduct yourself professionally and punctually. There seems to be an overall lack of respect for not only your customers time but your own branding and values. Scheduled a Weekend Haircut for Sunday 9:45 AM on Saturday at 7PM. (Hours state shop is open at 9AM) The appointment was then confirmed almost instantly and yet to my arrival no one was there or picked up the phone number provided by google. It’s not the end of the world if I didn’t get a haircut but it’s more of the principle. Review your booking practices and make sure they are consistent to provide a seamless experience for both the customer and yourself. Funny enough I actually work in brand consulting but some are beyond help. Just my own experience, book and proceed at your own caution. Hope this can shed a light."
