"I went in on a Tuesday and asked the lady about getting Highlights in my hair and we talked about price, I then asked her if I would be able to go in on the following day and she said yes, well I showed up at the time she gave me and doors were locked with a lock so its not like someones in the restroom and the sign said open. So that was really upsetting, I had been here another time and did not like the service while I was their a few customers walked out because they were not attended, but I decided to give it another shot and bam !!! Never going their !!!"
