Kids Grins Pediatric Dentistry Queen Creek

"Went here after my dentist referred me to take my son here after a fall. The dentist was a little awkward. Not like creepy or anything, but odd. I had a friend who also went here and agreed on the awkwardness. Anyways, he recommended pulling my sons grey tooth saying it was significantly loose. I didnt think it was though. So we made a whole plan for sedation and everything but i ended up getting a second opinion. Second opinion said it wasnt very loose and we could keep the tooth but check it again in a few months. A couple weeks went by and his tooth is no longer grey and not loose. So im super glad i didnt pull his front tooth like they said to here. He also didnt explain anything he saw in the xray. I wish he had given more of a reason as to why we were going to pull it, so it kinda felt odd to be potentially putting my toddler through so much without feeling concrete as to why. I hope it was truly how he felt it should be treated, and not just trying to get a procedure out of it. After a few weeks, the tooth is now white again and im so glad we didnt pull it. Anyways, im sure people have good experiences here. Im not condemning them or anything, but i wont be coming back after having an awesome 10/10 service experience elsewhere"

"The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making sure that we all feel comfortable. My kiddo actually gets excited for his dentist appointments! He feels so special and cared for during the appointment process, and he loves picking a prize at the end."

"My son is 3 and autistic, so finding a dental office that can suit his needs has been tough! Especially because he needed an emergency extraction and they worked with us to get him in the next morning. I can’t even explain how great this staff is! The women working as hygienists, nurses, and receptionists are simply amazing. My son was cuddled up like a baby monkey with his nurse and didn’t wanna let her go! Not to mention, the office is extremely clean and orderly. Dr. Taylor spent a lot of time before and after my sons procedure to talk to us with compassion, and explain everything. He also dimmed the lights in the room for my son.. which is something so simple, yet meant the world to me because no other dentist has ever done that for him. We felt like my son was in good hands with everyone there, and was never judged. Having a disabled child can be tough, and taking them to see medical professionals can be daunting because some dentists choose to turn us away, or treat my son like he is a nuisance. We’ve had dentists in the past really go against our ethics and treat him unkind. I can’t recommend this place enough. The empathy, understanding, and acceptance really touched my heart. I love that my son was was welcomed here with open arms! Not to mention, his procedure was $100 less expensive here than at his last dentist."

"I have to give 5 stars when it’s earned! I’ve worked in dental for 12 years. The staff is friendly and warm. And Dr. Taylor was amazing with my 19 month old. He was kind not only to my daughter, but to me as well. He spent so much time with us and we felt welcome and cared for. I didn’t get the normal pacifier shaming I get from other doctors. He gave us the info and was super gentle on delivering information. Which I really appreciate! Working in the field, it’s hard to impress me. But this office is WONDERFUL every step of the way! Thank you!"
