"So far we have had very positive experience with the providers, front office and all staff at the Deer Valley location. We love Dr Lin! I’m not a huge fan of their patient portal but mainly because I like physical discharge paperwork and more patient education prior to discharge. They do have online education videos but that’s only for certain things. No major complaints! The front staff is very kind!"
"So normally I see Dr. Ellis at North Scottsdale pediatrics, but she didn’t have an appointment till tomorrow, which I understand why she is amazing. So I opted to see Dr. Caplan. Almost all the doctors there, but today when I left, I felt like I was dismissed and I felt stupid because of the question I asked her. She basically told me what I was asking without a medical concern and she left the room. It makes me want to leave North Scottsdale pediatrics altogether."
"Dr's are great i honestly do not have a negative thing to say about any one of them, but the patient portal is HORRIBLE and has been nothing but a pain since they switched over to healow/arbor medical group. There always seems to be some sort of issue with it. We also always end up waiting forever to get into our appointments. It's so unfortunate as we have been patients at this practice for 8 years, but I think I have reached my limit and need to start looking elsewhere."

"My two year old has been a patient at NSPEDS since birth. We’ve always had positive experiences. We’ve been able to get same day appointments when sick and even if the visit isn’t with his usual physician, we’ve really liked all the providers we’ve seen. There were some long hold times and hang ups when they changed the EMR system last summer but that didn’t last long. I like how easy it is to make an appointment or send a message on the new app and I haven’t had any issues with it."
