"I live 25 minutes away from this place and went out of my way because of good reviews. I had 2 appointments set for 9 and 930. We get there at 855 and the only thing this guy asks is if we have an appointment. "Yes we have 2 actually". Complete silence after that. He's cutting someone else's hair, I wait for half an hour. He's still not done and hasn't even said a single word. A "sorry for the wait" or "I'll be finished up in X amount of minutes" would have been great. But no, can't even get that. What a giant waste of time. Infuriating."

"No problem getting an appointment for a kids cut. Cozy shop only 4 chairs. Told barber what I wanted, but he made some good recommendations so I went with it. Place was clean, safe and staff friendly. A lollipop for my son would have gotten 5 stars. Maybe next time!"
