"This company is not easy to work with after not even 30days this device drained my new battery the tech took off my tie down and did not secure my battery what so ever I will be putting in a claim and dispute, if not handle I will be going to BBB for further investigation. Once they have you in the system you can never get through to anyone no call backs and now I’m beyond IRATE!"

"They do not answer the phone. Ever. And the “press 8 to have them call back” function, don’t even bother, they don’t call you. I’ve had to go to the office every time there’s an issue with anything. One thing they’re VERY punctual and attentive to is taking your money though. They answered my phone call on the first ring to set up an account and get my card info and now they’re ghosting me. You’re honestly better off paying the $250 and getting the device taken out and going somewhere else. Doesn’t deserve the 1 star I gave it."

"Getting a DUI was the worst thing that I could ever do in my life. But I’ve accepted that and was willing to complete all the classes and do everything necessary to get this in a locked out of my car as soon as possible. However the customer service is beyond horrible the people who work for this company are rude inconsiderate and have ugly personalities ( especially a representative by the name of kelly). When asked to speak to a supervisor or someone over A level one representative I was told no and hung up on twice. The customer service is so poor."

"I had an installment for the first time today and off the back the guys at the front are very friendly and professional. As I was waiting I over heard them interacting with the costumers and trying to work with them the best way they could to help them out in whatever issues they were dealing with. The DUI process is so stressful they definitely make it easy for you during this process. I would recommend an early appointment as I saw it gets busy quickly. It was quick and easy to understand and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place easily and I don't write reviews at all. But I feel they are very sufficient and a great review is well deserved. Thank you two the two guys in the front."

"This company is all about charging you additional fees for anything and everything!! Representatives do not care for customers. Every time I go in there I feel like they are trying to find one reason or another for charging me $30 fees!! The last time I went in $60 additional charge on top of the $90 I already pay monthly because my car broke down and representative refused to work with me for resolution let alone show compassion!! I sure am sorry I signed a lease with this company!! Learned a valuable lesson for sure on many different levels!!"
