"C&E Septic is the best! I had called them for a pump-out. In the process we found that my tanks were overfull, up into the risers! After they pumped out the tank, they found my entry line had a dip in it that was catching grease due to a low spot. They managed to get the plug cleared and we agreed there was still a problem with both the inlet and outlet lines.. so they scheduled to come back out and further diagnose and repair. Today they excavated the dirt around the lines. Not only did I have kinks in both entry and exit lines, but looking into things further all the way back to my “Distribution Box “ they found the box had literally disintegrated! The liquids weren't getting to the leach lines- the box had collapsed and the line was leaching beneath the box.. saturated.. This was the primary problem- so luckily they had a “distribution” box on the truck.. and they replaced it.. got the lines repositioned (replaced about 20’ of PVC) so everything was sloped right for drainage and fixed me up. They also found the RV dump line was not installed properly causing issues as well. The original installer had the rv drain line sitting lower than the main inlet feed line! Ive been in the house 18 years! They got me back up and properly operating.. Another visit will be scheduled soon to properly install a new RV dump station line with the proper slope and tie in. These guys are very professional, on time and most of all thorough and reasonably priced. Ive included some photos.. the 1st is the crushed/disintegrated original distribution box, then an overview of the project area, the trench dug for the new liquids line feeding the distribution box and leach lines. The new distribution box installed, and the last one shows the new repaired inlet line and the riser over the solids tank.. note where the tank had over filled onto the riser!"
