"Amazing service from this company! A quick email with a picture and Bi-Saddle quickly acknowledged a defective part, and have sent a replacement (upgraded!) part out! Awesome to get such responsive and outstanding service! As far as the saddle goes, there is a lot of adjsutment available on this saddle, although it takes some time to get perfect. I was getting a full bike fit from the physio who seemed to like it and was able to get it close, then some minor adjustments over 2-3 rides to fine tune. Apart from the small defective part, the saddle seems to be sturdy."

"I'm going to save a lot of money on chamois cream with this saddle. This saddle is the best that I've used ... and there are many! I've only one complaint. I adjust the nose as narrow as possible. After 100 miles or so, it widens. Awhile back I spoke with someone at BiSaddle about this issue. It was suggested that better bolts were going to be employed and that having four BiSaddles, BiSaddle would send me some when available. I hope for your total success which may result in additional colors such as orange and light blue pads."
