"I walk into the store, and it's completely dead. The employee is fighting on his phone with someone. Completely ignores me. Then when I tell him I am there to get 10 Hats printed out. He tells me it's not possible. He can not print out this logo for me that I have done numerous times.Obviously more worried about the phone called and actually working. His name was Rubin. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere."

"Abysmal selection was only overshadowed by the poor customer service. ‘Sales associates’ were unprofessional and less than helpful. My customer loyalty program expired last month, neglected to tell me until I asked and suggested I ‘renew online’ instead of renewing me in store. Definitely escalating this experience to the corporate level."

"Guy walked in at 12:03pm (store was supposed to open at noon) and locked the door behind him. Waited for 30 minutes and he still hasn't opened the store. No one in sight either. He must have gone back to sleep in the back of the store. Poor management!"

"MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT WHEN SHOPPING HERE. I will NEVER buy a hat from this place. The sales person tried to scam me adding embroidery fees when i didn't request this. He also added a few more dollars to the hat sticker price which was $37.99 and when i looked at the receipt he charged me $39.99. Is this how they run business at this place?!?!! Please check your receipts when you buy from this place. It's a good thing i did!!"
