Xcess Custom

"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience dealing with Xcess customs. I placed an order for a custom embroidered sweater on Wednesday. I was told at the time of order and payment that I would be able to pick up my order on Friday but I would definitely hear from them before that. Friday, Saturday and Sunday I called and emailed multiple times throughout the day with no response. I believe this business is a scam so I proceeded to request a despite with the bank and only then did xcess customs respond back (at 1:15am). Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Since I can’t reply to your comment I’ll edit my review. If my order was ready on Friday like you are claiming why was I never notified like promised? Again I didn’t get a single response from you to the multiple calls and emails for 3 days until I disputed with the bank. I’m sorry but your relationship with your employees shouldn’t be the customers problem."
