The employees are very friendly and helpful. I can spend hours shopping inside and how convenient is it that they have a post office. Their holiday sections are great!"

"APRIL/MAY, 2022: Dropped in several times and had a blast looking at new merchandise for Easter and Memorial Day. Back last year, I bought the climbing Santa. I couldn't put him away. Eleece gave me the idea to decorate him for the holidays. What an idea! Been doing that ever since! See the photos for my Hallmark decoration ideas! Love that store! "I would give no stars if possible. I did a curbside order at this location last weekend. Waited for over 3 hours to receive the call that my pick up order was ready, and got nothing. I then went to the store and was informed by a rude employee that they hadn’t even received the order to fill and to call hallmark since the order was online. Called and spoke with Hallmark and they couldn’t figure out why the store didn’t have the information and when they attempted to reach the store none of the employees answered the phone. Waited until the next day to see if the order would be received and filled. Nothing. Hallmark corporate called again and the employees didn’t know how the online orders worked and the manager Victoria was out of town. At this point after multiple issues I was able to get the items shipped to my home. AVOID this store at all costs, staff is rude and is not trained to handle day to day operations well and the manager is MIA most of the time not dealing with issues. Buyer beware if you are looking for curbside!!!"
