"The most inept people!! I tried to biy an item with clipped coupon. First I have to wait until somebody showed up at the cashier. Then it didn't take the coupon. Then called the manager. He didn't know what the coupon was for even though it said directly on the sign under the product. I showed my app with the clipped coupon and he started to tell me first it was not for that store, then is not for in store purchase , only on line which is not correct AWEFUL!! INCOMPETENT!!!"

"We took my Momma to Walgreens for her scheduled appointment for the COVID-19 Booster and flu shot. The check in could have been handled better but the Pharmacist who administered the shots was accommodating, professional and kind. The staff has improved from earlier in the year when my Momma went twice for a scheduled 2nd COVID-19 shot."

"Stopped here on the way home from work, not typically the location I will go to but out of convenience sake, here we are. Not much to report on for the location, it's usually stocked pretty well and fairly easy to navigate without assistance. The customer service could use some work as it's hit or miss with the employees, you're either in for a good experience or bad one, no in between. Cleanliness could use some attention as well as it seems more often than not the floors look like they haven't been touched in a couple weeks. Other than that it's your usual Walgreens experience."

"Sadly was very disappointed by this Walgreens. As a healthcare worker, I have had to take a few COVID tests. This was my first time at this location taking a test because I was exposed to the virus and symptomatic. After waiting 40 minutes in the drive through lane (which I do not blame anyone for), I was received by a negligent technician at best. She did not watch me open the nasal swab and administer the self test for COVID detection. I had to ask her to clarify that I was inserting the swab deep enough in my nostril. Usually the technician is supposed to watch you administer the test correctly and count 15 seconds per nostril. She did not watch me do anything. Thankfully I knew what I was doing. No instructions were reviewed with me and no follow-up time for lab results provided. I got this test done 96 hours ago and am still waiting for the result. I even called the lab two days ago and they said I should be getting my result within 24 hours - never did. Meanwhile I went to a different Walgreens yesterday at 5pm and got the results today at 2pm (less than 24 hours later). I’m not sure what the heck they are doing at this Walgreens but I’ve never experienced this before. I will not be back - they need to fix their processes and train their employees better to ensure people are taking the test correctly and actually know when to expect their results."
