"It’s awesome if you guys hire people with disabilities, however if the women that works the 4am shift is mute…. Sign language is easily more understandable or obvious to someone who isn’t not aware that she can’t speak than dramatic hand signals with rude facial expressions especially when she’s helping more than one custom at once it’s hard to know if she trying to communicate with me or just giving me a silent treatment. Because she was not having a good day. Just confused if she being rude or if she was mute"

"Store is consistently stocked and clean, food is prepared well. My complaint is with one of the managers who was quite rude to me. After showing her the (self) troubleshooting steps i attempted to take to retrieve a coupon, including confirming phone number to her in app and on phone, her response was to take one of the two items off "so i could afford it". I'm aware computer applications are not consistently reliable without some human intervention, and the human element embodied by Angela did a disservice to the reputation of QuikTrip. Hopefully the specificities of the review and rating make you realize how horribly treated I'd felt. I had a previous issue in which a manger was able to resolve the issue with another promotional coupon, and he was able to perform the upc scan for data collection, which is why I came to incorrectly assume I would receive customer service regarding the issue with a coupon in-store. I was clearly wrong. I was not offered the 1-800 number for support, and upon asking for a comment card, I was dismissed with "[They]'re located in the restrooms" so she could talk to a fellow employee."

"The store was clean, and the staff are friendly, but the breakfast sandwich I had was disgusting. Looking at the menu, I saw the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast croissant, and saw this picture. It looks nothing like what I received. It was absolutely awful. It looked like something you would find in a landfill."

"All food was absolutely disgusting employees doing nothing when asked if they had any fresh hot dog buns for the hot dogs because oh that's not my job you have to find the person who's responsible for that. I thought QT was all about fresh food apparently not! Disgusting and appalled."
