While I understand the need for security measures, I was asked to leave my shopping bags at the front, which seemed unnecessary given that I have carried bags into other establishments without issue. This policy felt like discrimination, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I value my belongings and was hesitant to trust someone earning $15 an hour with them, which impacted my ability to enjoy browsing the store. It's disheartening to experience discrimination in any form. Furthermore, the presence of shopping bags should indicate that a customer is actively shopping, which is the essence of the establishment. Regrettably, I decided to visit The Groove down the street, where I received exceptional service from the moment I walked in. If you are facing similar issues, I recommend considering The Groove for a better shopping experience.
