"Based on two different visits, the first time was immediately before a 3 day holiday, and getting assistance for fitting for snow gear was next to impossible. Not their fault. I went again today to pick up an online order and was pleasantly surprised by the staff; a complete 180°. I called ahead to confirm before the long trek and was reassured by Icylyand that everything would be ready when I got there. She kept her promise! Although, me with constant buyer's remorse, I wanted to try on more gear while I had the chance. Anthony was super kind and knowledgeable about the gear and even provided his personal recommendations. He was patient with my novice questions and, overall, a great conversation and learning experience. I would definitely support this mom and pop business over the other chain in the area."

"Bought some skis online from them but opted for a local pickup to get advice on the best fit. Chris in the ski department gave me all the information I needed and provided great advice. Steve also provided great insight on how to pick gear. Everyone at this store is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Would absolutely go back for any skiing/snowboarding/swimming needs! P.S. they have great clothing selection!!"

"IF you can get the attention/service you require, the boot fitters are excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. However, the staff at the checkout counter and general customer service is pretty abysmal overall, judging from the ~5 or 6 visits I've made here. Most recently, I came in this morning at about 10:15am, and the several employees at the counter were too busy chatting (not to customers - amongst themselves) to greet me or even glance my way or acknowledge my presence as I waited for several minutes. I was there to bring back my skis for which I had paid for binding mount and basic tune, but when I got the skis home I realized the tune had not been done. When one of the employees finally asked what they could do for me and I explained the situation, she offered no apology, and no acknowledgement of the mistake, but sent me back to the service area and paged someone. The employee at the service area also did not apologize for the mistake. Come on. Basic customer service 101 - own your mistakes. Ski Pro has now cost me several trips across town to resolve their mistake, and couldn't even be bothered to be apologetic? Not cool."

"Greatest staff ever…grateful for this place for supplies, gear and rentals when planning a ski trip. It helps to avoid the long lines when one gets to the ski resort. Organized and very helpful."
