"Isn't it funny how right after they come out with this a soda everyday per month deal that you can buy suddenly their machines aren't working everywhere you go"
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The soda fountains at this store are always out of function in some way: out of CO2, out of stock sodas, warm soda, the list goes on and on. The store consistently has an unclean odor. The credit card and loyalty systems also go down on a consistent basis. The store manager, Kristen, has poor customer service skills and is usually downright rude. I have also witnessed kind employees treated poorly by her. Avoid this location at all costs!"
"I work right next to the circle k and it's nice to be able to walk here to get a drink on my lunch. The people are really nice but it's very frustrating that the soda machines never work. I wish they would get that fixed so I can get a drink on the days I need a refresher."
"Got gas sat the pump is off I pay 65 should’ve filled my 20 gallon tank. I already had a half a tank when I got there went and told the cashier that there was something wrong with the pump that I did not get the amount of gas that it said I did.she to tell me I was yelling at her and gave me no assistance and walked off for me.Jessica said she was manger at the store she didn’t help in anyway to help said it’s not her problem so I called the cops but they were very busy for a non-emergency at the time so I went out to get pic I didn’t notice all the other pumps were yellow tagged until afterwards when I went out to take pictures to get evidence for my case I have called customer service in it and left multiple messages and nobody has returned any calls"
"My fiance gave the cashier at this store at 415 N Stapley Drive in Mesa AZ two twenty dollar bills for a purchase she made on 6.14.2019. He gave her back change for thirty dollars instead of forty. She told him that she gave him forty dollars. He adamantly denied that she had given forty dollars and immediately ask her to step aside because he had other customers to take care of. She informed him that she was a customer too and wanted to speak with a manager. He again asked her to step aside while he attended the other customers. She got the managers number and called the manager herself. The manager said he was on his way to the store from Queen Creek. It was 108 degrees outside and my fiance was in tears when she got home and told me about the incident. The manager called her at home and said the man that was running the register, his amount checked out and was not over. I told my fiance that all he would have had to have done was just ring up the purchase for thirty dollars instead of forty. His till would not have been over. I want them to go back and watch the video of the hand exchange of the money but probably won't be able to and make up some excuse as to why. I went over some things with my fiance to prevent something like this from happening again. She counted her change. Good. Before the purchase, show the bills to the cashier and count the amount out loud to the cashier, which hardly anyone does as most cashiers I want to believe, are honest. Separate all bills and hold them up to the video camera. Shouldn't have to take these measures but I would never have thought a Circle K cashier would resort to stealing money by scamming customers this way. So its buyer beware. Ten dollars may not be a lot of money to some folks, but we are on a fixed income and budget for everything we buy. I know that my fiance handed that cashier two 20 dollars bills because that is what I gave her when she left and that was her first stop. I have been a loyal patron of Circle K since I moved to Arizona and will continue to patronize Circle K in the future, just not this store. I really hope they can go back and check the video and find out what really happened."
