"Worst customer service most of the time anytime of day or night. The Caucasian guy tonight told me I lied and said I asked for the wrong cigarettes when in fact I order the same kinds since the last 15 years plus, so when I found out once I got outside to open my pack they were just regular Camel Menthol and not my 'Camel Menthol Silvers. " He said I asked for the Camel Menthol's and he couldn't exchange them since I had already left the store barely 25 seconds prior. Other issues I've had here are with the African American gentleman with the accent always questioning me and what I'm purchasing and always giving me a hard time for literally EVERYTHING. He is always so rude for no reason. The only person I enjoy at this Circle K location is the youngest Caucasian girl whom works around lunch and also the older manager lady at times.. other than this I'll never go here again ."

"Lazy workers. Stand around and refuse to do their job. Zach decided he wasn’t gonna cash out my lottery tickets due to not wanting to drop cash. So he refused to give me cash said all I can get is more tickets and I asked if that was a new policy and he refused to give me manager information or corporate number. Can’t wait to call corporate and lottery office and let them know they are refusing to cash customers out."

"These cashiers are so rude and look so unhappy. I bought a 12 pack of beer and it had broken glass inside it and all I wanted was for them to replace it and they refuse to and told me they couldn’t and gave me $3 for the broken beer, the fact is their was broken glass inside the box and when I went to grab a beer the glass was all over the beers and it cut my finger. I’ll never shop at any circle k no class, worst customer service and very unprofessional establishment."

"I walked here, it takes 25 minutes for me to walk here. When I arrived at 1:55 AM, I saw this sign on the door saying that they would re-open at 2:45 AM. Assuming they put that sign up as soon as I arrived, the store was closed for 50 minutes. Isn’t it a little inappropriate to Close a 24 hour store for 50 minutes? I understand 10 or 15 minutes but I had to just turn around and walk back why would I sit there and wait that long. Ridiculous. On top of that the phone was disconnected."

"The fountain drinks machines are always down or they are out of flavors. Ice rarely works. Only at circle k do I see them have a bunch of out of order signs pre-posted to the machines because they go down so often. Every time you talk to the workers, they just say "circle k is really cheap about repairing the machines, they use the oldest and cheapest parts and machines"."
