"Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! I ordered some Tosti Lokos with shrimp to go. After I left and opened the bag I looked and noticed there wasn’t any shrimp! So I called and told the girl I spoke with I would bring it back so they could see there wasn’t any shrimp. Once I got there she had an attitude and told me she did put shrimp and that I must have taken all the shrimp off!! Are you kidding me? You didn’t put any shrimp on there! Then she said ‘well I checked the cameras and we did put 2 scoops of shrimp on it, so I don’t know where it went between here and there!’ Then she wouldn’t even just add shrimp to the clearly shrimpless food! Just said shes giving me a refund! Worst experience I’ve ever had there!"

"My family was visiting from out of state and I really wanted to take the kids here. My family loved all the treats and the food they tried. Fruitilandia got all the orders correct, and out to us quickly, and also accommodated my large group. Thank you all so much!"

"Okay, the more I visit this place the more I end up disappointed. The elote is never cooked enough and they never prep the cup for you. The prices as getting very expensive for what you are getting. We were very disappointed in our last purchase. Paid $7.50 for a small box of nachos! It's just not the same anymore."

"Changing my review from great customer service, to just, eh. Corina an employee there ruined it. Today my daughter ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and she gave it to her in a tiny styrofoam cup. When my daughter asked for a cup she told that was the cup that ice cream came in. We come here all of the time and we always get a plastic cup for 3 scoops. I’m not sure if it was that my daughter is only 12. That Corina felt that she could treat her like a child and not give her what she asked for. However, that is not acceptable. When I called the store and spoke with Corina, since my daughter came home with ice cream dripping all over the place. Corina told me the same thing, that ice comes in styrofoam. I explained to her that we go there all of the time, and this has never been a problem. Example below of what it came in and what it usually comes in. Thank you Corina."
