"Overall a good place to stop. However the lady inside that works the shop counter can’t even look up part numbers. It’s apparently my job to look up fuel filter part numbers now. Never in my years of trucking has any shop made me look up my own part numbers so they can make money lol. Either you don’t want to work or not just say so. The black lady on the morning shift is rude as well. Either way I’ll just stay loyal to Speedco and just get all my services done there while I’m on the road. At least they don’t make me do their job."

"Quick service for the amount of things that we needed done on the Semi…annual inspection, oil change, tire replacement, and clevis and cotter pin….they even swapped out the lightbulb which we didn’t ask, but thank you. Go to this TA over Loves or Petro in this area (Casa Grande) we initially were at Love’s but not one single employee was in the bay working on any of the trucks and the driver that was in bay 1 at Loves was waiting 6 hours for an oil change. To you semi drivers our time is money avoid the Loves on the 10. TA in and out. Have a good and drive safe."

"On Tuesday Dec 26, 2023 I had the pleasure of visiting TA Travel Center and meeting two employees who went above and beyond on a higher level. The cashier was a young woman and I also met a recently hired porter/custodian(my apologies I cannot recall your names). It was close to midnight, I had been on the road for the better part of 24 hours. I was tired cold and looking forward to some food and rest and recharging. I didn't expect anything but the usual rhetoric and late night agreeable filler words so to speak. To my surprise, the courtesy and dedication they both extended to me as a customer were outstanding!! I felt like as if I had walked into an establishment that was focused on my satisfaction and well being like none I have ever been to. For reference, I am not new to truck stop visits I have been OTR for years, but this night and those two employees I will never forget and I will not ever travel through this area without stopping ONLY at this TA. I'll no longer consider the Pilots and Loves in the area, not that the employees at these competing locations are bad at their jobs, or that the others are un-visit worthy. It's that these two individuals stood out as exceptional The differences between only doing your job and elevating your persona to reflect upon who you are representing at your place of employment were so clear and evident that it left a huge lasting impression on me...and to be fair...isn't that what customer is about and aimed towards? So, I want to extend a sincere thank you to both of you. Your social graces and commitments to your employer were the best I have experienced. Your energy cheered me up and brought renewed faith in this ugly world that is becoming a thorn in the side of humanity. You both deserve recognition and applause I wish I could give on a larger level!!"
