"I went there for shoes today. When I arrived at 10a ( they open at 9:30) there was a handwritten note on the door telling me and like 12 other customers that the store would open when someone showed up to open it!? Really!!! No est time, so I waited 1 hours watching customers come and go. When I left there where a few more standing around there. No one showed up while I waited to open this store. New manager needed with some new employees that know what customer service is all about. This store had to have lost an easy 1000.00 in sales before I left, I was gonna buy 2 pair of 50.00 shoes. I gave my money to a company that can open their stores on time. Save yourself gas money, just don't go here!"

"This store is in the old christown mall, but there is also an entrance from the parking lot just south of Bethany on 17th Ave, that entrance is just to the right of the main mall entrance. They seem to have a surprisingly hard-working crew and quite often have great flyers in the paper. There's a lot of merchandise crammed into that store but it's part of a chain so if you've been to one big five it's pretty consistent with the others. The store is clean and well staffed. Plenty of free parking outside. This is an easy place for a quick pop in and pick up what you're looking for."

"I needed a few things: Shorts, a long sleeve, socks, and gloves. I found some shorts I really liked. The shorts were on the wrong rack obviously because they didn’t look like the others. I simply asked 3 men at the cash register if there was another section? They said no and what they have out is all they have in the store. No problem. I asked if they can check to see if there were more sizes in the store? They gave me the same answer and didn’t think to even look at their little computer scanner. At this point, I said forget it. I was simply wanting to know if there were other sizes OUT ON THE FLOOR so that I can go find them MYSELF and not have to ask any 3 of their lazy behinds to go searching for me. It was clear they did not want to help. The main one speaking appeared to be a lead or manager - maybe training the others. I was one of 2 customers in the store lol. no customer service. I won’t be coming back here ever. Zero stars."

"What a great first time experience. I hope it never changes unless it's for the better but can't get much better than the service I got yesterday. Nathaniel and Dillon were on their game. For the end of the day on a Friday it was very impressive how they not only work together so well but were very competent. I will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again."
