"The pharmacy staff are amazing! I was in crisis and couldn’t get in contact with my doctor, I called Walgreens several times asking for guidance and the pharmacists I spoke with went above and beyond for me. Jamie and Natasha were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me. They truly saved me days of physical pain and mental anguish. I felt genuinely cared for and seen, I can’t thank them enough!"

"this is the last straw with this pharmacy. They have messed up and have been rude about it multiple times. Also, multiple times I pull up before closing and they’ll be helping a car in front of me in the drive-through and instead of helping me next they just close even if it’s 501 and I’ve already been waiting. I know they see I see them. They are rude as hell. And none of them should be working for a pharmacy and definitely not in customer service at a place like Walgreens. They are horrible at their jobs, and even worse customer service. This place is a nightmare I’ve gone through my whole life with medication. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve had in 30 years of needing a pharmacy. I cannot say enough about how horrible this staff is. I will be complaining to every level I can. something needs to change at Walgreens. It happens every time I go. There’s a problem. I don’t normally take the time to complain, so it was really bad service if I take the time to complain"

"Apparently the staff at this location doesn’t understand how to tell time. It’s 6:35 PM on a Wednesday and while there is a sign posted saying the pharmacy is closed, it seems the staff believes the entire location is the pharmacy as the doors are all locked. December 6, 2023."

"FEDEX, went to pick up a package that I had sent here since I wasn't going to be home for original delivery date. Gave my ID, was asked if I had a QR CODE, so I walked back to my car to get my phone, showed worker the text with Tracking number and fedex link which had no QR CODE, only the tracking history and confimation that it was ready to pick up from this location. As she's doing all this she's also on the two way radio asking is it okay to release package. Again I had a government ID with same name as on package and Tracking info in hand. Finally after being asked for my ID again (2nd Time) I was given the opportunity to sign for MY package and leave after I had informed the employee that she was being to EXTRA and all she did wasn't called for. Clearly the worker was incompetent or just plain DUMB! GO ELSE WHERE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PPL!"

"Pharmacy .Short staff..understanding. Staff Looking at a computer for over 15min without a word to customer. While customer child cried of pain to end up saying 20min later go to CVS can't fill. Tells next person in line to wait another 5min then walks away. Never sorry for inconvenience. Thank you for waiting. Be with you soon. Again short staff git but at least deserve better customer service."
