"I came here to order a pulled pork sandwich 12 minutes before eight which is their cut off time for selling pulled pork. I don’t know why, but for some reason I have had issues with other stores and this one stopping the sale of this sandwich 10 minutes before they tell customers they stop selling it. I’ve never really understood the point of telling a die hard pulled pork sandwich fan/customer that 8 PM is the cut off time to order the sandwich and its unavailable to be ordered especially when it’s 10-12 minutes before the cut off time. I can understand a minute before maybe but even then there’s some stores that will serve you a few minutes after the cut off time. I have no problem with a business telling me no when there are circumstances that can’t be controlled such as running out of the meat or the kitchen catching on fire earlier. (To be honest even then those are issues that come up from typical poor management and poor inventory and ordering skills by the team). When you advertise that the sandwich is available until 8 PM it should be available until 8 PM. Come in 12 minutes or 10 minutes before eight to me is unacceptable. I’ve worked at many restaurants in my life and anytime someone closes things down early which is what they did because they want to get out earlier and knowing that really makes me upset. Now, I don’t know if they put crack in the sandwich and that’s why I will speed heavily to get to the store on time when I’m running out of time which in itself is stupid on my part. However, when I ask a manager Edgar G. at this location and he confirmed that it should still be available but it’s not and won’t let me order one. I think the manager should not be a manager because hopefully being a manager is a solve problems and he didn’t solve my problem at all. He didn’t even try to. I’ve had other managers at other stores such as Mike at the location on University Drive and Ellsworth literally make me a sandwich minutes after 8 PM because the other store down the street did the same thing and wouldn’t let me order the sandwich. 15 minutes before closing. Now if there’s anyone who actually monitors these reviews it be nice to know that as dumb as the sounds that this kind of complaint was actually taken seriously. I mean how do you feel when you see a man going through barbecue pulled pork with drawls? If you don’t feel bad at all, then you’re not even human."

"Me and my family drive for uber so we frequently go to qt for drinks, snacks, bathroom breaks. when today I brought in my cup and was charged for ice. Yeah I looked up the policy I shouldn't have been charged for ice I even brought in my own qt cup. This place is shady stay away from this qt. The woman who rang me up looked under the influence. Maybe drug test your employees so they don't steal from customers"

"Fast and reasonable! QT usually has clean facilities and plenty of room for a lot of traffic…This location is no exception! Prices for gas are comparable and there’s usually room for everyone. One or two pumps are typically out of service but that it’s to be expected. FREE AIR at all QT locations and they always have plenty of firewood this time of year. Staff is quick to great you with a, “Welcome to QT!” Every time you enter."
