"Placed an order on Thursday the 11th for delivery to a local church for a funeral on the 16th. Utilized the messages/information box to leave the date and time of the service as well as the name of the decedent. No staff from La Paloma reached out to ask any questions on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Instead, I received a phone call on Tuesday the 16th - hours after the funeral was completely over - that they had "just" tried to deliver our arrangement to the church. The employee that called me said they didn't have any information on the time of the service. When I explained that I had put all of that info into the messages/information section of the order, she simply said "oh that didn't transfer over." She has said they will provide a full refund, but what I really wanted was a floral arrangement delivered to the funeral of my dear friend's father that I could not attend as I was out of state. I'm frustrated that since Thursday night the time of the service "didn't transfer over" but nobody thought to call/email me *or the church* and ask."

We showed them a photo to give them an idea of what we wanted it to look like, and the arrangement they put together FAR surpassed our expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and could not have been any more perfect. Their prices were also very reasonable, surprisingly. I would highly recommend them."

"The quality of flowers is super good. Have ordered several times for different occasions, and each time the flowers are fresh, high quality and beautiful. They do a great job at the design of a bouquet if you know what types of flowers you like, or at least what styles you do not like. Staff here are friendly and helpful. A little pricey but worth trying for important occasions. Overall great experience!"

"I could not have been more pleased with both the arrangement I ordered and the service I received. This order was for a service to celebrate the life of a special little girl who also loved Christmas. Ami was so gracious and kind and allowed me to finish the personalized card online so I would not have to worry about anything getting misspelled. I prefer to purchase flowers in person, but since I live in the Midwest, that was not an option. Flowers were delivered well before the service started and the final result was absolutely beautiful!
