"Purchased a costume on the 28th, it was too small and went to return it on the 30th and exchange for a different size and they said “no returns after 10/23”. Uhhh….then why are you even selling anything after 10/23? I will literally never buy from here again."

Instead of taking more money from me they decided to be dumb. I get the exchange and return policy but literally 20 minutes later? Worst customer service ever."

"This location has lots of items still in stock so that was great. Lots of employees to help on the floor and they were friendly. The gal (tall, dark hair) who I guess was the manager because she had to put in her code for a return, wasn't friendly and a bit bossy to the other employees. Its not cool to talk down to anyone! Oh and there is no air on in the store but other than that, its a great place to shop."
