Walgreens

"This has been my pharmacy for years, but will now move to a nearby (less convenient) CVS, unless they remedy their service capability. The newer lady in the pharmacy is not fit. Every activity she performs is a protracted exercise, like it's her first day on the job. Lines at the drive through have blown up, because each conversation seems have devolved into a drawn-out ritual. I've watched her hunt all over the pharmacy area for people's med's - either they have no systems (not conceivable) or she just cannot learn them. I've just walked out, empty handed, as I watched her flail for 5 minutes trying to serve someone at the drivethrough - they were there before I walked up, so who knows how long they'd already been there (the look on the face suggested "a while")."

"I don't know what is the issue with the Pharmacists at this location. I guess Customer Services are not something they are interested in providing. I will take my business some where else."

"Horrible service at the pharmacy!! I was in hold for 30 mins, finally got through to have someone pickup, not say anything and just hang up on me. DO BETTER!!!"

"Amelie in the pharmacy has a stick up her butt. I came up to the counter where no one acknowledged me. I started to speak when Amelie rudely interrupted me saying that she would be with me in a moment. She then said, “are you here for pickup?” And I said no, I’m here for an appointment. She then said okay what time. I said 4:45. She then said to come to the counter because she could not hear me. I came closer and waited. She then again asked what time. She checked me in. All again while not making eye contact with me. She disappeared and came back to tell me that she couldn’t fulfill my appointment because they were out of tests. Why not send me a notification instead of wasting my time? Also, a smile and a polite tone goes a long way. Instead of yelling and avoid the customer’s face. Ridiculous."
