"I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists here are so nice and caring. You can tell they want to help customers and they treat you with total respect. The other people who work at the pharmacy are also incredible and caring. I know that it can be frustrating if your medication is not sent in correctly or ready when you arrive. I have witnessed customers treating the staff horribly and they have always been very calm and professional. This is a hard and high stress environment to work in and I appreciate them being so nice and caring. They all deserves raises. Even my dogs love going through the drive thru if I do that option because they recognize the place and that they get treats and attention."

"They seemed good at first but have proven to be unreliable. My doctor submitted my prescriptions two days ago, and they temporarily showed up in my dashboard but then disappeared. I came back twice and they made up excuses about why they weren't ready and couldn't be available until tomorrow. They also lied about always answering the phone, which they don't. It would be to have someone at least act like they care about their patients' medical care, when they have power over what we receive and when."

"My new friend Miguel Martinez took excellent care of me at the CVS at 7225 East Indian School road Scottsdale Arizona 85251. This is my regular CVS. It is very convenient to where I live and located across the street from the Fry's shopping center which I frequent often. I come to this CVS at the end of my appointments; many times up to three or four. This CVS is welcoming and always feels like home. The staff are caring and considerate and they're always restocking and changing around for the seasons. This is my favorite CVS even though they don't sell alcohol. Located very close to Central downtown Scottsdale there are many people who are visiting, many people here taking care of loved ones at the hospital, and many athletes such as basketball players, baseball players, hockey players, football players, and many more that come through CVS. I depend on the staff to not only serve me but, take care of me when I am there. The do an excellent job."

"Horrible experience at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely rude. I had been waiting 5 days for my medication. They had it in stock but basically refused to fill it because “they were behind”. I had gone in twice to pick it up, 2 days apart. And when I asked why she couldn’t fill it now she rolled her eyes at me and told her they were busy and it would be a few hours. They also refused to accept my coupon that my doctor gave me. I’ve never had an issue with Walgreens accepting my coupons. Will never go here again."

"I have used this pharmacy as my go to pharmacy for over 15 years and I have always had a great experience. I had called yesterday evening to speak to the pharmacist to make sure my pain meds would be filled the next day as it was for the next day. He assured he would be in the pharmacy the next day and he would print my profile to ensure it was filled early in the day. So fast forward to next day the kind pharmacist I spoke to the day before was called to another store and the pharmacist on duty was absolutely horrible to me. He was blatantly rude and condescending because it was a pain medication. Mind you there was 1 other person in line before me and 2 behind me. I said well when can you have it available by I have a flight out today and he was so absolutely disgustingly nasty towards me. The sweet cashier pharmacy tech was so embarrassed she apologized profusely for his actions. I understand they are busy. I understand many medications can wait to be filled. But I am a 56 yr old Woman who suffers from debilitating pain, I don’t drink, never done drugs. It’s not like I’m a drug addict. Like I’m asking for an early fill. Even suggested I could wait for him to fill for him to say it doesn’t matter how long you wait I’m not doing it until I do. This happened today at the Indian school rd and miller pharmacy in Scottsdale around 10:30-11:15 am. I kept my composure while standing in front of them but literally broke down in tears on way out."
