"This store WAS a great store to visit I even bought myself a sip n save membership from there and twice I had issues with it the day ladies were so kind and informative about those issues as well. I really started liking this store until they hired this younger girl who works the nightshift. She is 100 % rude. She had zero customer service experience does not communicate well with others and it's not just me everyone I know that goes there has the same opinion about her. I honestly do not think she needs to work with the public. I have no idea how she even got the job unless they hire without even speaking to a person beforehand. I haven't been to that store in two weeks and I won't be going until I know she's gone."

"Place has horrible customer service. Car wash DOES NOT DRY. Shuts off right after hood with over 50 sec left. Tyler was very rude. He said Becky told them to stop giving refunds and re washes. He said people drive to fast. Ive been through car washes I know how to drive through. I called to talk to Becky (manager) she was not there. The lady took my number and I never heard back. That was last week. Lost my business."
