"Circle K, that once beacon of familiarity that scattered its warmth across our towns, has seen little change over time. Like an old Polaroid photo, it's a bit faded around the edges but still evokes memories of yesteryears. My sojourn with Circle K was something of a rite of passage, where my path from adolescence to adulthood was meticulously forged by a boss who was more meticulous than a Swiss watchmaker. Regrettably, Circle K's employee perks have evaporated faster than water in the Sahara, leaving only traces of the once bountiful oasis of benefits. An 11% discount and a fountain of free soda were once the defining symbols of my time there, but it appears that era has slipped into the annals of Circle K history, much like the dodo bird. Now, the workforce has that glum expression commonly associated with someone who's just been told that they are the proud owners of the last Blockbuster membership. Their smiles are about as genuine as a politician's campaign promise and it's a depressing sight. I try my best to lighten the atmosphere, deploying my wit and charm like a stand-up comedian in a somber wake. But it's quite like attempting to kindle a campfire in the middle of a downpour. Despite the gloom, the cashiers do bring a sparkle of sincerity. They are the shining beacons in the foggy harbor of the Circle K experience, providing respite from an ambiance that is less welcoming than a vampire's boudoir at high noon. Sadly, Circle K has become an unwilling exhibit in a museum of urban decay, a stark testament to the harsh realities of economic decline, political neglect, and a pandemic that has dealt a blow to communities. Inside Circle K, you can find a gallimaufry of pre-packaged delights, guaranteed to fill a hole but not a dietician's recommendation. Cleanliness is more a concept than a reality, but let's be real, it's a convenience store and not a five-star hotel. Security at Circle K is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, often seen idling, their attentiveness rivaled only by a hibernating bear. Taking it all into account, I've got to hand it to Circle K - it's got moxie. With this in mind, I'm willing to dish out a hard-earned 3 out of 5 stars. It might not be a ritzy affair, and you might need to perfect your "tough-guy" swagger before entering, but there's a resilient spirit that refuses to be extinguished. It's a gritty charm that just might make your errand run a little less ordinary."

"Jonas Diller. A fine young man that helped me put my bags in my car after opening the main door for me. What a great way to start my day. My wife and I have been having some problems lately and this man helped relief some of the trauma that I have been experiencing with all of that. Also I love the hot dogs at this place! It's so nice to have a nice big one then help it down with a ciggy. Can't wait to come here every lunch (I work a construction job so having a place that I hang out while eating my glizz helps my mind calm when the storm aka "wife" comes on a little strong.) Whenever I had inquiries or required assistance, he provided me with prompt and accurate information, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a satisfactory experience. "This store is always friendly and clean. However, when you post this note on the door when an active highly transmissible disease is in the community and you allow individuals into the store without protective gear and not only that, you do not say anything when they walk up to the counter interrupting a transaction, it is a disgrace and a disservice to the community. Not only that it is irresponsible at best. There were several customers in the store without wearing a mask. I will not be back into this location. With a record number of infections being documented every couple of days everyone needs to commit to reducing infections. So placing profits over health and wellness is irresponsible."
