"This place is normally convenient for me to go to and that's the only good thing I can say about it. I can't say anything else about the service because despite seeing someone working there the door is always locked after 11pm. That may be their closing time but there are no hours posted on the door to say otherwise. Also, half the time some of their gas pumps aren't working and you have to go inside to pay at the register and it seems like they are not in any rush to get them fixed."

"The store is immaculately clean from the parking lot all around and the inside is as well. Bathrooms and all. Hadn't seen a combini ( Japanese for convenience store) this clean since the 3 years I lived in Japan. Employees were helpful too. And if you ever need ride service Waymo knows where it is to pick up and take you where you need to go. They refuel there as well."

"1 star for the fact that they let the homeless use the rest room after the way I was treated in this store I have since cancelled my Shell card, there is never any coffee made at 7 am and was left standing at the cash register for 20 min. while the guy behind the counter was ignoring me no comment like be with you in a minute or anything just ignored so I put my chips back and was walking out the door them all of the sudden he had time sorry folks this is a poor excuse for a convenience store"

"The staff is friendly but this place is horribly managed. They are never stocked up. At times they only have 25% of merchandise at best. They understaff and make their employees work long hours with only one person working at times. Today the one employee had to lock up for 15 minutes to take a break since they had no help."

"The price on the sign by the road that reflects what you pay per gallon is 8 cents lower than what you actually pay at the pump which is deceptive advertising and highly illegal"
