"Mostly nice people working here. Helpful and pleasant. I used to have issues occasionally, sometimes it would be closed for no reason multiple times a night, which was inconvenient. But that hasn't happened in awhile, and I find that they are nicer and more reliable than the QT."

"Not a good place to be. The Manager Nichole is rude to staff and customers on top of that she chose to use the n word about one of her ex employees, not knowing there were people in the store. Why would they let such a low and filthy minded individual like that run a store? I thought in 2023 we were making moves to get passed racism. I know a lot of people in the neighborhood that will be taking their business to qt because of that. I along with some others will be contacting Carioca’s corporate office. I would hope that appropriate action will be taken to investigate this issue and resolve it."

"I walked in after riding my electric skateboard there this morning walked around grabbed a few things then asked the clerk if it was OK if I left my 30 lb 2000 dollar electric skateboard up there while I grabbed a couple more things he said infact you can leave your backpack too. Now he didn't say anything about the backpack when I went in and I've been in numerous times with the backpack to get stuff and go home so I don't have to carry it. I don't appreciate being called a thief at all I'll be taking my business to the Circle K up the street."

"This place is close and convenient but since they have brought in these young new workers, You can no longer buy cartons unless a manager is on duty and Managers are not in except for in the mornings. Can't imagine what happened to bring this on. The new kids are not friendly and seem like i am inconveniencing them with my order that they cant fill because you need a manger present.... There are some newer regular employees that are still pleasant. Miss the Ladies that were there as knew when i walked in what i would be getting and were easy to chat with. I will be seeking another store for my purchases ( i would be in this store almost daily) a few miles away even though this one is right next door. Super dissapointed with new management and new employees."

"I live very close to this location and I come here regularly and the ladies are usually pretty nice. I came in for gas and I saw a need face and guy who may have been Asian or Chinese origin who was completely RUDE. I was so upset being a regular that he had a nasty attitude. I didn't see a name tag but I would just like to let the company know that if he's being rude to me what is he doing or how is he affecting other customers. If he's New he needs more training, shell is known for Friendliness."
