I did a full highlight and a trim. The color was the best I’ve ever gotten! This place is on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Kyra!"

"Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a hair salon. I had an appointment at 4:30 and the stylist still hadn’t come over to say anything to me when I finally walked out at 4:55. When I saw her bring another client over to her chair at 4:50 I realized she still had to cut, dry, and style her hair. She didn’t have any decency of apologizing or letting me know she was running at least an hour behind. Unprofessional, rude, and I don’t know how they are still in business when they have zero respect for clients."

She also styled it and it turned out exactly how I wanted it and from the photo I shared. I’m a brunette with highlights and it turned out amazing.
