She talked with me to ensure she understood the kind of haircut I wanted, how much hair I wanted taken off, and other questions that I did not think of. I was treated so well and Lori came by to see how things were going!. It is the haircut I've tried to get for a while. Mack is a great listener and very conscientious. It is also a huge plus when they wash your hair and massage the scalp as part of their routine. It was amazing as I was having sinus issues and it loosened the sinuses up and I could breathe better.
